Terms of Service
Article 1 (Members)
- "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these terms and completing the procedures specified by the company.
- "Member Information" refers to information disclosed by the member to the company regarding the member's attributes and transaction history.
- These terms apply to all members and must be observed during the registration process and after registration.
Article 2 (Registration)

Membership Qualification Customers who agree to these terms and complete the specified membership application process will obtain membership qualifications after completing the prescribed registration procedure. The membership registration procedure must be carried out by the individual who will become a member. Proxy registrations are not accepted. Applications from individuals who have previously had their membership revoked or those deemed unsuitable by the company may be refused.

Input of Member Information When registering as a member, please carefully read the instructions and accurately enter the required information in the prescribed input form. Special characters, old kanji, and Roman numerals cannot be used for member registration. If these characters are registered, the company will change them.

Management of Passwords (1) Passwords can only be used by the member themselves and cannot be transferred or lent to third parties. (2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords to prevent them from being known by others, including regularly changing the password. (3) Any actions made using the password will be considered as the member's own actions, and any payments or other consequences arising from those actions will be the member's responsibility.
Article 3 (Changes)
- Members must promptly notify the company of any changes to their registered information, such as name and address.
- The company is not responsible for any damages caused by the failure to register changes. Transactions completed before the change registration will be conducted based on the information before the change.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to withdraw, they must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves. Withdrawal is completed after the prescribed procedure is finished.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Compensation Obligations)

The company may cancel a member's qualification if the member makes false declarations at the time of membership application, fails to pay obligations for mail order purchases, or engages in other activities deemed inappropriate by the company.

Members will be responsible for compensating any damages incurred by the company if they engage in the following actions: (1) Unauthorized use of member numbers and passwords. (2) Accessing the homepage to alter information or sending harmful computer programs to interfere with the company's operations. (3) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by the company. (4) Engaging in other actions that violate these terms of service.
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

The company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent from the member, except in the following cases: (1) When disclosure is required by law. (2) When the company determines it is necessary to protect its rights, interests, or honor.

Member information will be managed in accordance with the company's "Commitment to Personal Information Protection." The company may use member information for service provision, service improvement, service utilization promotion, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.

The company may provide information to members through newsletters and other methods (including advertisements). If a member does not wish to receive information, they can notify the company using the prescribed method to stop the information provision. However, necessary information for service operation cannot be stopped at the member's request.
Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)
Members are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using the service:
- Violating laws, these terms, service usage notices, or shopping notices.
- Infringing on the rights, interests, or honor of the company or other third parties.
- Engaging in actions that may negatively affect the mental and physical health of minors or that are contrary to public order and morals.
- Annoying or causing discomfort to other users or third parties.
- Entering false information.
- Sending or writing harmful computer programs or emails.
- Illegally accessing the company's servers or other computers.
- Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties.
- Engaging in other actions deemed inappropriate by the company.
Article 8 (Service Interruption and Suspension)
- The company may, without prior notice, suspend all or part of the service if any of the following applies: (1) Necessary for regular or emergency system maintenance. (2) System overload. (3) System operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, or third-party interference. (4) Other cases where the company deems it necessary to stop the system.
Article 9 (Service Changes and Termination)
The company may, at its discretion, change or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The company is not responsible for any damages caused by system interruptions, delays, stoppages, data loss, unauthorized access to data, or other damages to members related to the company's services due to communication line or computer issues.

The company does not guarantee that emails or contents sent from the company's web page, server, or domain are free of harmful elements such as computer viruses.

The company is not responsible for any damages caused by members violating these terms.
Article 11 (Amendment of These Terms)
The company may revise these terms at its discretion and may establish supplementary terms. Revisions or supplements to these terms will take effect when the revised terms or supplementary terms are posted on the company's designated site. Members must comply with the revised terms and supplementary terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
