Returns (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received (unused and not altered)
• With all included accessories (e.g., dust bag, strap, box) if originally provided
• In the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, sign in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order.

Select the order you wish to return, choose the item(s), and submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Damages / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way is to return the item after approval and place a new order.

EU Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, submit a return request through your customer account within the 14-day period.

Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions above.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Your statutory right of withdrawal applies regardless of our general policy on sale items.
