Returns (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused and not altered)

  • With all included accessories (e.g., dust bag, strap, box) if originally provided

  • In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before shipping.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Before sealing your package, please take a photo of the item and email it to us for confirmation.

Damages / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way is to return the item (after approval) and place a new order.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
The item must meet the eligibility conditions above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
