Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are shipped from Japan on the next business day after order confirmation.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 1–2 business days due to peak periods or stock availability.
If any delay occurs, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx, DHL, or EMS.
The carrier is selected based on destination, package size, and service availability.
All shipments include tracking.


Shipping Regions

We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.
Available shipping options and services will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Fees & Duties

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

For U.S. customers, a Duty-Included (DDP) shipping option is available for an additional charge.
When selected, we cover most import duties and taxes.

For all other destinations, import duties, VAT/GST, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.


Receiving Your Order

If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice.
Please arrange redelivery directly with the carrier.


Important Notes

  • If a package is returned due to refusal, long absence, or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery details.
