How can I tell the item condition?
We strive to be as detailed as possible when describing our products. We are happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request by emailing. Please keep in mind we specialize in pre-loved designer handbags which can range from condition rank “SA” to "BC" and “C” condition. The guide is as follows:

We measure all items very carefully. Please check the details to see the size and measurements.
Can I return or cancel my order?
If you would like to return the item for any reason, please contact us first within 5 days of your receipt...
When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or EMS.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: Shopify Payments (Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay) or PayPal Payment.
Are your handbags authentic?
All items we sell are guaranteed authentic. Our professional appraisers inspect every item multiple times before it is listed.
How often are new items updated?
We update our listings every other day to show new items. We also update New Drop information on our Instagram!
What will the bags come with?
Please check the description to see what will be included with the bag, such as a dust bag or box. These details will be shown in the photos and descriptions.
